5. Creator Terms

Creators retain full ownership of their original content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content through the Platform.

5.2 Content Standards

All content must be:

• Original or properly licensed
• Educational in nature
• Free from harmful, illegal, or offensive material
• Compliant with applicable laws and regulations

5.3 Revenue Sharing

Creators receive payments through Stripe Connect. Platform fees and payment processing fees will be clearly disclosed before course publication.

6. Student Terms

6.1 Course Access

Upon payment, students receive access to purchased courses according to the terms specified by the creator.

6.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to the individual creator's policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe Connect. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

7.2 Pricing and Fees

Course prices are set by creators. Platform fees will be clearly disclosed and deducted from creator payments.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Platform Content

The Platform's software, design, and functionality are owned by Jeremy Waltrip and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 User Content

Users retain ownership of their content but grant necessary licenses for Platform operation.
